One of the most common questions I get as a photographer is:
"How did you come up with your business name?"
Well—like many things in life—it’s a bit of a journey!
When I first started my photography business, I was deep in the world of births and baby bumps. I was captivated by the raw beauty of labor, the quiet strength of mamas, and the very first breath of new life. So naturally, my business name reflected that:
10cm Photography.
Circa 2012!!
If you’ve ever had a baby (or even been in the delivery room), you know what 10cm means. It’s the finish line—the green light—the moment everything changes. It was bold, meaningful, and perfect for my birth and maternity photography focus.
But as time passed, my business grew. I found myself falling in love with more than just the birth story. I began capturing sleepy newborns, giggly toddlers, and milestone moments with families. I realized I needed a name that grew with me—something that didn’t make people think I was delivering babies out the back of a camera bag!

required to switch it out. LOL.
That’s when I decided to go with something timeless, personal, and totally me…
Veronica Victoria Photography.
And yes—that’s actually my real name! My parents couldn’t decide between Veronica and Victoria, so instead of choosing, they gave me both. (Honestly? I'm kind of glad they did.) It felt right to use the name that represents who I am. My work is personal, and I pour my heart into every session—so it only made sense to lead with my name.
Now, Veronica Victoria Photography reflects not just what I do, but who I am: a storyteller, a mom, an artist, and someone who believes in preserving fleeting moments for families just like mine.
So whether it’s your baby’s first portrait or your senior’s final school year, I’m here to capture the magic—and I’m honored to do it under the name I’ve carried my whole life.
